Financial literacy as a key factor for an individual’s social and economic well-being

Financial literacy is reviewed in the article as a factor influencing any individual’s well-being. Characteristics of a financially competent individual are defined. Behavioral mistakes impeding rational decision-making are outlined. Structures bearing the signs of financial pyramids are described as an example of their participants’ cognitive limitations. The importance of creating a common information area is stressed. This process is aimed at remedying negative consequences for all economic agents and preventing inefficient financial decisions when executing financial transactions. The major task of the process is to incorporate information about social and economic activity of institutions (state, business and non-governmental) and population in the common information area. Therefore, every economic agent will get prompt and trustworthy information. It will encourage an individual to make financially adequate decisions. The article also presents fundamental solutions for improving individuals’ well-being when raising their financial literacy

Impact of Financial Pyramids on Well-being of the Russian Society

The article considers the impact of financial pyramids on a man’s well-being in terms of the key domains: financial situation, social environment, education, employment, and health. The authors determinate the financial pyramid as a scheme of interaction of the organizer and participants. In a financial pyramid participants' contributions are not a source of investments and it is redistributed between them. It is important to understand that the participants of a financial pyramid are able to lose contributions. The major negative effects of financial pyramids on socio-economical and psychological wellbeing of a man and society in Russia were revealed. We detected their effect on: 1) a financial situation, i.e. financial losses of participants of financial pyramids; 2) man’s psycho-emotional state; 3) decision-making of various social groups, i.e. intensification of their cognitive distortions. An instrument of social and economic policies of Russia aimed at mitigating negative effects of financial pyramids was suggested and described. The instrument will enable to enhance confidence of population in financial institutions and their services

State Educational Insurance as a Basis for Continuous Wellbeing of a Man and Society

At the present stage of development of the Russian state its primary objective is to provide citizens with access to fully-fledged quality education conforming to their interests and abilities regardless of their material wealth, place of residence, nationality and health. The goal can be achieved if to develop state educational insurance. Establishment of the system of state educational insurance is possible if the process of shaping individuals' knowledge, skills and abilities (competences) is improved. The result of the system operation is the process of capitalization aimed at ensuring continuous well-being of individuals, households, organizations and country in general. Capitalization of knowledge, skills, and abilities (competences) generates individuals' financial interest associated with their education, i.e. interest in receiving education as a source of their future income. Financial interest, the subject of which is a man's accomplishment, enables studying opportunities for establishing intercourse on ensuring individuals' income, resulting from his accomplishment. This process, in its turn, initiates insurance of an individual's rights and guarantees in the field of education. On the one hand, regular insurance financing of educational system, ensures its stability for future generations of the Russian society. On the other hand, it will establish the basis for sustainable creation of workforce

Personal Sales Focused on Improving the Psychological Wellbeing of Customers in the Context of Relationship Marketing

The article focuses on theoretical principles of the organization of personal sales and marketing relationship. The definition of relationship marketing based on the identified priority position of relationship marketing is given. A new group of stakeholders-"needy" with which the company must build and develop relationships to solve social problemsis indicated. The principles of the concept of relationship marketing are clarified and developed. Considering the change of marketing paradigms and relevance of relationship marketing a new element of the marketing mix –"psychological approach" is provided. Application of psychological approach will allow employees of any company to understand and meet the real needs of customers’ better. The importance of the application of psychological theories in marketing proved. The role of personal sales significantly increased in the medium of relationship marketing is concluded. The notion of personal sales emphasizing the importance of knowing the psychology of customers, the ability to demonstrate significant competence and knowledge of modern technologies of sales by private agents is explained.Thepurpose of personal sales in the modern society is designed, which is predominantly expressed in the construction, maintenance and development of privileged relations with customers. Analysis of technological conditions influence on efficiency of oilfield treatment

The results of influence of process parameters on oil quality and recommended effective technological modes of oilfield treatment processes are presented in this paper. It is shown that the parameters that significantly affect the efficiency of oil processes are temperature and water-oil emulsion flow rate with a given number of working process units and the structure of flowsheet flows
